I recommend the early check in and the self check out. I could by-pass the long check in line, which was looong. On the positive side, they had sent a link for early check in which I chose to do. And my daughter had called them trying to get us a room upgrade since we were there celebrating our golden anniversary. If you’re not offered discounts on the room as reward perks, I really don’t think I would stay at the hotel again because without perks the rooms are quite expensive for what you get (on the nights we went $234.00 per night). We stayed in the Creek tower thinking newer might be better. The room was clean but it was nothing special. But it made the walking extremely difficult for him. My husband didn’t want to make a fuss about it so I didn’t. And then the ice machine was clear back by the elevator. The request was not honored and we were given a room nearly as far from the elevator as you could get. I had requested a room closer to elevator due to my husband’s physical limitations.
We stayed 2 nights, choosing to stay at casino hotel thinking it would be more convenient.
